We are 7Road, the developer of Wartune and Wartune Reborn (the “Games”).We would like to express our gratitude to you, our customers, for your constant support of our products over the past eight years.
Since we first began developing Wartune, we have worked with ProficientCity/Game Hollywood (“GH”) to develop, maintain, distribute and publish the Games.
However, our contract authorization to GH has expired at 19/3/2019, and they refused to pay us the revenue that due to us since September 2018 (Correction: January 2019. Sorry for our mistakes). Out of respect for GH and responsibility to players, we gave GH a sufficient buffer period, hoping that they will inform players and other partners wo ensure that the rights of all parties are not damaged. But they chose keeping hiding the truth from players ignoring everyone’s rights. Even so we still kept developing the new version ofthe game because we believed that players’ gaming experience should not be disrupted because of the dispute between the developer and publisher, since the success of 7ROAD cannot be achieved without the support of the players and fans.
Then we noticed that GH has shut down the servers and ceased to provide the game services without any proper notification on Oct 3rd. In order to keep your gaming experience running smoothly and without interruption wedecided to terminate our arrangement with GH and built a new website (https://7.wan.com) (“7RoadPlatform”) immediately and operated the Games on it using our backup data, trying to help players get back to the games and continue to play with friends ASAP.
Therefore, we would like to invite you to get your character data backand continue gaming on 7Road Platform. All you have to do to complete thetransfer is:
1) register a new account on the 7Road Platform
2) submit your character information to our customer service.
Please understand that it may take some time (within 2 days) to finish reviewing your character information and retrieving all your data. We will do our best to complete the process as quickly as possible and we muchappreciate your patience while we do so.
And we also urge GH to help transfer the character data of those who wantto continue play the Games according to our cooperative contract and stopcheating and threatening players using the excuse of violating user privacies.
Finally, we assure you that we will continue to develop new versions ofthe Games. We really hope that you will continue gaming with us on the new 7Road Platform. Once again, we thank you for your continued support and understanding, and we will constantly strive to provide you with more exciting game content and better service.
